Terry is the best! Terry recently helped us purchase our new Key West home and he went above and beyond our expectations. Not only did he drive around and show us multiple properties but he also gave us the low-down on Key West and really seemed to know a lot about the island and the market. Terry helped us obtain insurance and worked with the insurance inspectors to let them in to do there inspections. Terry took videos of the property so we could see all aspects of the property before we purchased it.
